Polyphenols are natural products with anti-inflammatory properties and are considered to have health benefits. They are found in many plants such as green tea and pomegranates and have the ability to absorb allergens and render them harmless. MANN-FILTER has used this effect with the polyphenol coating in its new FreciousPlus cabin filters. The new FreciousPlus also looks different from other cabin filters. The yellow colour of its polyphenol coating gives it a distinctive look. Like other cabin filters, it has a service interval of 15,000 kilometres or once a year.
